What to expect:


Instruction: You will get introduced to the foundational weightlifting movements that form the backbone of our strength-building programs. You will be guided through essential techniques like squats, deadlifts, and presses, and more complex movements like cleans and snatches, ensuring you gain confidence in your form and understanding.

You will receive personalized feedback and tips, helping you lift safely and effectively while building a strong athletic foundation.


Workout: You can expect to get in a workout as well so bring your workout clothes and a water bottle. The instruction will be hands on and we will be doing sample “WOD’s” so you get the feel for the different types of workouts you will be doing.
