Teenager Program - Personal or Small Group (2-4 people)


Personal or small group Teen training invites athletes from all types of sports and disciplines. Whether you're breaking personal records in track, mastering the mat in wrestling, or shooting hoops on the basketball court, this program is designed to enhance your strength and overall athletic capability.

This program is built on the foundational principles of safe movement and proper body mechanics, ensuring that participants develop strength in the safest manner possible before progressing to increased loads. 

Our primary focus is teaching young athletes how to move correctly. Proper technique and body mechanics are emphasized to prevent injuries and promote long-term athletic development.

-Customized Training. While not sport-specific, the program is adaptable and can be tailored to align with the desired sport of each group of athletes. This ensures that participants receive relevant and engaging training that complements their sporting interests and goals.

In-Season strength maintenance. Understanding the importance of maintaining strength during the athletic season, our program includes strategies and exercises to support athletes' continued performance and resilience throughout their sports calendar.
